Transistor is youth Arts pilot Project being developed by multi-Award winning Director Lucien Simon.
The Ensemble is a theatre program for actors aged 18-25 years and emerging actors in the first five years of their professional practice (up to 30 years).
The actors will work with Lucien Simon to create new theatre using the collaborative method that Lucien developed to create the feature film BREEDING IN CAPTIVITY.
Auditions to be part of this ensemble will be held on April 12 at 2pm.
Venue: The Founders Room, Salamanca Arts Centre
Auditions will be a 90-minute workshop so you do not need to prepare anything.

Transistor Youth Arts Ensemble:
Actors will create unique characters in collaboration with Lucien Simon. They will then go through a process of guided improvisation and devising sessions that will result in the development of a play that the actors will then stage and perform.
The aim is to create work that is authentic and of a high caliber professionally. The work will be performed in Tasmania and submitted to Youth Festivals like Next Wave (Melbourne) and Come Out Festival (Adelaide).
