Kingborough Council Presents
Drama for Beginners (ages 12-15yrs)
Participants will work with award-winning Director Lucien Simon for 8 weeks to learn some acting basics such as theatre games, improvisation and devising.
When: Thursdays, 6 August – 24 September, 4pm – 5.30pm
Where: Kids Allowed Shop (next to RACT), Channel Court Shopping Centre, Bookings Required (Max 15)
Cost: $80 for 8 weeks
This heavily subsidised workshop is being run by Kingborough Council as part of their Winter Warmers Program

Lucien Simon: Lucien is a multi-Award-Winning Theatre & Film Director who has just returned from Amsterdam where he worked on festival theatre show Hidden Cities. He was Artistic Director of Riverland Youth Theatre (SA) and has worked as a Director and Artist for Melbourne Workers Theatre (Vic), Vitalstatistix (SA), the Australian Script Centre, Big hART, Wild@heART (Vic), Barking Spider (Vic) and taught drama all over Australia and in New York, Malta and Berlin.
